Reservation and Cancellation policy
The journey of the passenger and the luggage shall be undertaken at the risk and responsibility of the passenger.
Full refund against cancellation upto 48 hours in advance and 50 percent refund against cancellation upto 24 hours before departure of vehicle.
No refund for cancellation within 24 hours of departure of vehicle.
Duration of Journey between Srinagar and Jammu and Vice Versa 12 hours approximately subject to normal condition .Journey time may exceed due to road blocked or security reasons.
Smoking is prohibited in the coach
